Dr. Roy Tsezana, a researcher at the Blavatnik Center for Cyber Research at Tel Aviv University, created Knowledge Dome to concentrate open information from around the world on the drone threat and efforts to deal with it.
From the research and collection work around the site, Dr. Tsezana gives keynote talks on the new drone threat: how drones are changing the battlefield, civilian space, and the security outlook, and what can be learned from response efforts around the world.
